Finault processes your AI invoice data entirely in your browser. Your invoice files are never uploaded to our servers. All calculations, allocations, and report generation happen locally on your device.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Account Information: Email address and name when you create an account
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about feature usage to improve the product
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details

What We Don't Collect

• Your invoice data or financial information
• Your allocation rules or cost center mappings
• Generated reports or Close Packs

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and secure authentication. Since invoice processing happens in your browser, your financial data never leaves your device.
